Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

BLACKNOT products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

— United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch
— Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
— Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery from order date: 5–19 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. BLACKNOT is not liable for any additional charges applied by your country’s customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@blacknot.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at info@blacknot.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Are BLACKNOT garments true to size?

Our garments are generally true to size with a contemporary streetwear fit — not oversized, not slim. Refer to the measurements on each product page for the most accurate guidance.
